Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your full payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will update your tracking number and send it to your email. If you created a SnapAndFilm account during checkout, you can also log in anytime to view your order status and tracking details. We highly recommend registering an account to easily manage your orders and receive member updates.
In the event that an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to you promptly. You may choose to wait for the item to restock or request an immediate order cancellation and full refund.
To ensure efficient international delivery, we utilize multiple fulfillment centers located globally. Depending on product availability and your destination, your order may be shipped from warehouses in the United States, Europe, or Asia.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Please note that we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, address changes and order cancellations may no longer be possible.
